Objective: Students will organize and prepare for their Public Policy Debate, 1

Objective: Students will learn about the United States' involvement in the Soviet-Afghan War and analyze our relationship with radical Islamic groups that became the foundation for al Qaeda and the Taliban.

History of the Taliban WS, Due

Objectives: Students will begin administering their psychology science fair correlational study. Students will analyze the challenges of conducting a scientific study.

 

TUESDAY

Objective: Students will engage in a modified public policy debate. Students will demonstrate their progress on analyzing a topic, researching it, and speaking intelligently about it.

Public Policy Debate 1

Objective: Students will analyze whether or not Operation Iraqi Freedom was justified. Students will analyze primary sources.

Villipin Article Analysis in Class

Objectives: Students will begin administering their psychology science fair correlational study. Students will analyze the challenges of conducting a scientific study.

 

 

WEDNESDAY

Objective: Students will analyze the role of the media in a free society; the manipulation of information by the press and by government leaders; and the importance of fact-checking

Watch: Wag the Dog

Objectives: Students will understand the course of the war in Iraq. Students will analyze the outcome of the war in Iraq.

Notes
