Crofton One-Act play to compete
Crofton One-Act cast and crew has been preparing their play “That’s Not How I Remember It” written by Don Zolidis with four performances from next week until December. This play highlights key fads and fashions of the 80’s era focusing on how two high school sweethearts remember high school differently.
The one-act students will have their first public performance November 13th at the Wausa One-Act Festival. The Wausa performance will be followed up by Midstate One-Act competition on November 14th. The community public performance will be held November 28th at the Crofton Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. The last showing of their play will be the December 2nd dinner theater also held at the Crofton Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. The dinner theater has become a new tradition as of last year for Crofton students and the community. This performance not only presents the hard work students put into the play, but also other talents within these individuals.
Tickets are available at the school office or from one-act cast members. For further details, please call the high school at 402-388-2440. Profits will support the one-act program and the establishment of a scholarship in the memorial of Blake Woockman.
